However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Please note that Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Arpan International FZC. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Arpan.ae's 7 Day Returns Policy."
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return, one of our logistic partner/team will call and pick up the product.
Yes. All Flower order, Flower based product and perishable products are non refundable
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 7 Days to complete the return process.
